With an aim to deliver consistently high quality translations, streamline our processes, and improve customer satisfaction, we have introduced a rigorous quality assurance process.
We believe that a high quality translation is the heart of the above mentioned process, and that it can only be achieved with concerted efforts from each and every member of our team, no matter what department they belong to. In particular, we adopt an innovative organizational structure, where several linguist groups are set up according to their specialties, such as Medicine, IT, Finance, Law, Engineering, Patents, Automobile, Biology, etc. We rank our linguists based on their experience and expertise, only senior linguists are allowed to edit and review a translation.
